30-Day Return Policy

You have 30 calendar days from the date you receive your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please contact us at [email protected] or call us at 775-703-7496. Please provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return. We will provide you with instructions on how and where to send your package.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Return Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your return. We will then notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund within 5-7 business days after inspection.

If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too (typically 5-10 business days).

Non-refundable items: Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.

Partial Refunds: There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable):

  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Damaged or Defective Items

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If an item arrives damaged or defective, please provide photographic evidence. We will cover the cost of return shipping for damaged or defective items, or send a replacement at our discretion.
